If your budget does not help you to find the ideal options, do not risk if you do not know. If you can not afford or find any of the ideal options, stay away from at least two. The worst choice you could make for floors of aerobic activity is that of ceramic tile and laminate flooring. In addition to being prone to cracks, ceramic tiles offer absolutely no shock absorption, even if the filler is added. The hard surface has no flexibility and would also be uncomfortable. Laminate flooring is too slippery to be safe and could cause injury to your body or even more serious things.
